The medication adherence representative is responsible for making outbound calls to patients and performing medication therapy management services such as medication adherence, comprehensive medication review, and other patient services. The representative will be responsible for answering patients’ questions, appointment confirmations, and logging patient demographics in an EHR.

Ability to communicate effectively
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Able to work 10 hours a week
Bilingual (Not required but preferred)
Enrolled at Western University Health Sciences – College of Pharmacy
