Job Summary:
Provides support to the Office of Academic Affairs Pre-Clinical Education department by facilitating OMS I and OMS II curriculum with an emphasis on assessments. Works closely with COMP-Northwest counterparts and College of Podiatric Medicine (CPM) on daily curriculum activities. This position reports to the Director of Pre-Clinical Education.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Individuals must possess the knowledge, as well as the following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. 1. Excellent computer skills necessary to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook and any other software programs required by this position. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact in a friendly, cooperative, and appropriate manner with administration, faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent ability to organize and prioritize workload in order to meet necessary deadlines. Able to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. 5. Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments and be flexible with job assignments.
Required Qualifications:
1. Education: AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education 2. Experience: 2-3 years clerical office experience
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelors degree preferred 2. Experience: 4 years clerical office experience
List comments regarding work hours:
40 hours per week. Some evenings and weekends may be required.
