Under the direction of the Associate Vice President for Finance and Budget Administration, duties include high level reporting analysis of institutional budgets, budget proposals, and interpretation of various financial data as needed.

Good computer skills necessary in order to set up document formats in Excel, Word, Banner accounting system, Internet, and e-mail. Flexibility in job assignments a must.2. Good mathematical skills, including the ability to operate a 10-key calculator. Ability to handle detail-oriented assignments with accuracy. Must have ability to reconcile and verify the accuracy of activities. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines3. Good verbal communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to effectively interact and assist with administration, faculty, and staff.
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with data modification required, must be highly proficient user of spreadsheets and databases. Must have a high level of accuracy.
Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to research, formulate, and present analysis on a variety of financial issues.
Finance concentration for Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
Two or more years in a complex organization preparing budget analysis and financial reports using statistical, cost, and financial data.
