Provides a variety of administrative and support services for the College of Podiatric Medicine’s International Programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Individuals must possess the knowledge, as well as the following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities. 1. Good computer skills necessary to set up document formats in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and any other software program required by this position. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively and professionally interact with administration, faculty, staff, and students. This includes physicians/students from culturally diverse backgrounds. 3. Experience in creating schedules of activities, preferably in an academic setting. 4. Language ability to produce clear and concise reports; reasoning ability to problem solve quickly. 5. Must be able to prioritize and schedule opportunity for resolution of problems.
1. Education: Associate of Arts degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. 2. Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years administrative/clerical or equivalent experience. Preference given to those who possess experience in an academic environment.
