Provides support by operating PABX switchboard and assisting/managing information. Greets and directs staff, students, faculty and visitors. Provide clerical support to University Advancement and other departments at Western University as needed. This positions reports to the Director Operations.

Good verbal communications skills. Ability to effectively interact with administration, faculty, staff, and students. Bilingual helpful. 2. Ability to operate a PABX.3. Good computer skills preferred to work with Word, Excel and PDF any other software program required by this position. Ability to navigate using the Internet.
Education: Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Experience: 2-3 years clerical/office experience.
