This position will provide support for academic activities assigned by the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs required to educate students enrolled in the veterinary curriculum.

Be able to communicate well with faculty, staff and students.2. Be able to adapt to different student learning styles.3. Be knowledgeable about educational needs for contemporary veterinary practice.4. Be able to encourage students to develop effective reasoning skills and become self-directed learners in the basic and/or clinical sciences of veterinary medicine.5. Have good interpersonal skills to encourage active participation and monitor performance of students in PBL groups or other academic settings.6. Have excellent time management skills to respond to student queries, provide feedback, complete and report grades as scheduled in syllabi and through CVM or WesternU deadlines.
Education: DVM or equivalent qualification and/or advanced degree, MS or PhD.
